Refund policy
At KALAIX, every item is made and inspected with care.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or store credit under any circumstance unless an item is proven faulty.
We only offer exchanges for size changes.
You may exchange your item for a different size of the same product if:

The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are still attached

The product shows no signs of wear, deodorant, fragrance, or marks
If the requested size is out of stock, you may exchange for another size when restocked.
We do not offer refunds and we do not offer store credit as an alternative.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We cover the shipping for the exchanged size (UK only).
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Disliking the item

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong colour

Choosing the wrong product

Sale items

Limited drops

Any item that has been worn or tried on beyond basic fitting
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our exchange conditions.
We cannot accept exchanges on:

Accessories (hats, socks, underwear)

Sale items

Bundles
-
Limited edition drops

Any item that is not in brand-new condition
If you believe your item is faulty:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number + clear photos

Our team will verify the fault
If confirmed, we will replace the item with the same product, same colour, same size only.
No refunds are issued even for faulty items; only a like-for-like replacement.
